One of the most important features in any game is to have a menu with a save and load system. Possibly volume control and graphic settings too. All games I bought have save and load.
The only ones that didn’t have it were the arcade games, and the games for older phones.
I’ve gone through many tutorials, often it’s in segments. I may be able to save the level, or the player position. They’re just not compatible with each other. I’d like to get into business and create games with Unreal 5. Construct 3 has a perfect and simple save and load system, although I can’t great the 3D games like we could in Unreal Engine 5.
I’m better off coming back to UE5 when and if there’s support for this feature. I couldn’t find it.
How about the walk-through that exists in the documentation?
Also, more detailed documentation:
Thank you. I’ll take a thorough look at it.
In the meantime, or if I could not figure it out completely, I am still willing to buy an Unreal Engine course based on a save and load system to get it all figured out.
