we fixed the vr headset with system and we made our model also, but every time it shows connect it , till now we are not able to solve it, please help us to solve it

Thank you for posting in the community and it is possible you are missing a few steps in the setup. Each VR headset is different but what is important is to launch the relevant VR headset application, Oculus app, HTC Vive VR, etc... Then setup the headset so it's connected to the computer. Once that is setup launch Twinmotion and the VR icon should be active to click on.
