I am a creator on Sketchfab and I am trying to migrate all assets to Fab.
I passed the first step (Agreement) but stuck on Publisher Profile.
I have filled out the entire form several times but it always returns an error and pops up a red message:
“We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later”
I tried several times on different browsers within last 24h but this error keeps popping up.
Could you please help me ? Is this some server issue ?

I had this happen when I was trying to sign up. I had to come back five times before they accepted my profile. Now, I’m stuck on the tax form page and it’s doing the exact same thing. It’s done this every step of the way. I tried contacting support about it and they said that I have to submit tax info… which is what I’m trying to do!

I think I figured out a fix. Go here Publisher Portal and make sure that you have accepted the terms from Sep 2021. That was my issue.

the same problem, it’s extremely inconvenient and it’s not clear how to register, I’ll miss Sketchfab

Facing the same issue, as stated here: Sorry, your seller profile has been discontinued. It’s worth to note that this is happening to many of us coming from different scenarios. I hope the devs find a global solution shortly.

Hi everyone. There are a couple of different scenarios that I need to call out here to help you all.

First, the original “We are unable to complete your request at this time” issue raised by @Rescue3DAssets - this was a bug and has been resolved. If you are still seeing the error, please reach out to support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport and they can wave their magic wand to reset things.

The second scenario, raised by @franMarz (“Sorry, your seller profile has been discontinued”) occurs when someone had previously initiated but did not complete UE Marketplace signup. In order to resolve this, please contact the support team and they can reset things so that you can commence signup. support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport

I faced both circumstances and got it all fixed by Support in a fairly quick fashion. Thank you.
