Several days after having created my landscape and sculpting it, I realize that for high slopes areas of things I am sculpting, the resolution is too low causing one single polygon to become the whole side of that slope.
The only things I can think of to fix this issue is to:
-
somehow create a height map out of what I have already done in this landscape + deleting this landscape + recreate one with higher resolution but using the size scale, get the same size as what I had before + import the heightmap and just continue from there (is it even possible to create a heightmap out of an Unreal landscape?)
-
keep the same landscape but completely flatten those areas and use a mesh model for the mountain
What would you do in this situation?
