Has any Windows Administrator found a way to silently automate Epic Launcher updates (to avoid non-admin UAC pop-ups) in a computer lab environment?

I eventually figured out a solution I implemented with Powershell. It was a bit of work, but seems to be working (at least for v18 and v19).
