Waterline Pro issue using Datasmith but not FBX

I’m using unreal 5.1 and bought the Waterline Pro blueprint. The blueprint creates Wakes and foam in water. Which is really easy to use. Except I need it to work with some set animations from 3ds max. The issue I just ran into is it doesn’t like objects that were datasmithed over from 3dsmax. If I fbx them they work fine. What is the different how unreal treats datasmith object to fbx objects? And is there a way to adjust my datasmith objects to work?

I figured it out. In case anyone else has this issue. You can use a Datasmith Attributes Modifier and create a low poly collision mesh. Works like charm.
