Summary
On islands with waterbodies (lakes/rivers) that are positioned above the main sea level Water object, the sea level is raised to the highest positioned waterbody if Affects Landscape is turned on these waterbodies. Sea level is fine in higher end devices. Tested on Switch 1 and 2 in cooked private play on my own level as well as on experienced the same issue on a live island by another creator (using this island’s in the bug report code as my island isn’t live)
