Water Body Ocean Gap on Landscape

Hey, im pretty new to development in general and ue5. Im on ue5.3 and i made a flat landscape then added a water body ocean and I’m trying to conform the spline points of the water body ocean to make a coast line. most things are going fine except there is this issue where the water body’s connection to the landscape is very rough and has lots of gaps that are very noticeable and i cant seem to find a way to solve this. I was thing if there’s a way to make the water go “past” the spline points without changing the landscape but i dont know how/if thats possible. Any answers would be appreciated.

And yes, to save peoples time i have enable edit layers on my landscape and affects landscape on all of my water bodies. Im mainly wondering if there is a way to extend the borders of the oceans/rivers without deforming the landscape past the spline points.
