'was ignored as it is lower priority than the previous' Error

Hi Everyone,
When I try to set Screen Percentage with Game User Settings → Set Resolution Scale to any value within the min/max range I get an error saying:
LogConsoleManager: Warning: Setting the console variable ‘r.ScreenPercentage’ with ‘SetByScalability’ was ignored as it is lower priority than the previous ‘SetByConsole’. Value remains ‘0’

Any ideas? Cause I have searching all day long and could not find one single idea.

This is a DLSS issue. Once DLSS takes control. it uses r.ScreenPercentage and this console command has a higher priority then setResolutionScale therefore it does not work. Even if you turn off DLSS somehow dlss has a control. So the only method is to save your ScreenPercentage to a GameSave and use the float value with r.ScreenPercentage. This issue still occurs with DLSS 3.5
