However, completely disregarding all my feedback, your team hastily made an unfair, anti-seller decision and actively facilitated a theft!
Your system withdrew the money I earned as a result of my sale! This is completely unacceptable. I replied to your email and clearly stated that the buyer is an amateur who didn’t even check the download options or the ‘Additional Files’ section to open the 3D assets. I even went to my listing page, added an additional explanation to clarify this, and informed your team!
Despite all this, your platform still deducted my money; you are treating me completely unfairly! The user downloaded the file and is deceiving your company—check the download logs yourselves if you want! I want my money back immediately. That user tricked your system into a refund and essentially stole all my content!
If you do not return my earnings that your platform pulled back, which dropped my account balance to negative, I will exercise all my legal rights and expose this situation on all social media platforms, including forums, Quora, and Reddit! This is complete nonsense.
Note 1 : Moreover, the file the thief buyer sent to the system does not belong to my set.
Note 2 : If a buyer can just download our source files, lie, and get their money back while our accounts go negative, none of our work is safe on Fab.
The main reason I brought this issue here is because I never want to experience this again, and I want to make sure it doesn’t happen to any of you. This is such a simple exploit, and the whole reason I am on this platform is the assumption that my files are secure.
If it’s really this easy, I could just go buy assets from every marketplace, fill up my personal archive, and refund them all. It is a huge shame and a disrespect to the time and effort we pour into our work.
