Hello and thank you for your help in advance.

I don’t like being that guy who throws out questions, but unfortunately I’ve not been able to find a solution to my problem.

Issue: All animations have been broken and only the third person head wiggles now (oh no!)

How it started:
I imported a mesh from https://www.mixamo.com and unfortunately when presented with the error “FAILED TO MERGE BONES: This could happen if significant hierarchical changes have been made e.g. inserting a bone between nodes. Would you like to regenerate the Skeleton from this mesh? WARNING: THIS MAY INVALIDATE OR REQUIRE RECOMPRESSION OF ANIMATION DATA.” I sadly ended up pressing “yes to all” instead of cancelling it out. My mistake has now left me wondering if I really did just lose a week and a half of work on my newbie project.

If anyone can let me know how to fix this or what additional information is needed I’d appreciate it.

This just happened to me lol probably screwed by the look of it. I honestly hate how nobody really answers anything on these forums though lol just fills my searches with dead end links and very few solutions.
