WarMachine3D - Auto Texture to Material to Mesh

  • Have you ever spent a long time setting up materials or instances for textures you imported and wished there could be an automatic way to set it up for you with a click or on import?

  • Ever had issues with color of textures being washed out regardless of having sRGB turned on?

  • Did you have issues about normal maps being incorrect because it was made for openGL?

  • Ever had the importer misidentifying a non-Normal texture as normal because it was purplish ?

  • Ever wanted to texture channel pack different textures into a single texture or distribute channels to different textures? with UDIMs being supported!?

    NOTE: This plugin depends on textures having a suffix to detect texture type i.e basecolor , normal  or any other type at the end of texture name to function properly.

    How to Install:
    1- Download the plugin and put it into correct folder in intended engine installation or YourProject/Plugins folder, if you download through epic launcher it should be automatic.
    2- Enable the plugin.
    3- Also enable these plugins:
               A.  Interchange Framework 
              B.  Interchange Editor 
              C.  Editor Scripting Utilities
               D.  Geometry Script
