I have no idea what this means or what it is I’m required to do. It sounds like I’m lacking a needed plug-in?
I’m having the same problem. Apparently you need to download Xcode from the Apple App Store but only version 15 is available. For Xcode 15 you need MacOS 13. I’ve wasted an afternoon trying to downloading and updating and still not able to launch UE5
