I encountered a problem, I’m already racking my brains.
I use Advanced Locomotion System v4 as a base, and a model from VRoid as a Skeletal Mesh. I imported the model using VRM4U plugin. IK Rig was created automatically:
The next step was to create a Pose Asset. Other than creating a RetargetFix of 1.0, I didn’t do anything at the bottom of the Pose Name:
Next I created IK Retargeter, where I added IK_AnimMan (ALSv4) to the Source and IK_Sasha (VRoid) to the Target. I made Chain Mapping, Auto Align added Pose Asset:
Unfortunately, everything looks pretty sad - VRoid “sinks” into the ground, lying animations are played incorrectly:
I experimented with the Position Z, with removing and adding IK Retargeter, Pose Asset, and also played with the bones in Chain Mapping. The result is zero. According to the laws of the developer genre, there is some magic tick that spoils the picture, or I missed some little thing.
