VR Walk Trough Licensing

Hello,
We are an agency (3 persons) and intend to create an interactive VR-walkthrough for a client who produces technical equipment. It´s a VR-walkthrough along his custom made buildings with technical equipment inside that they produce. Our client does not need the experience for himself, but wants to pass it on to his clients who buy his buildings and technical equipment. The experience will not be made available for the general public, but only to his clients, so it will not be an off-the-shelf product.
As EPIC kindly allows to produce VR-walk throughs free of royalty fees, as mentioned in EULA license agreement 5.3., is this your policy, that all persons in this value (We=creators, our client and his client) chain can use our VR-Walkthrough free of royalty fees ?

Provided there is no general public distribution in the chain, both distributions ([1] you to your client and [2] your client to its clients) are considered custom work-for-hires that are not royalty bearing.
