I get apk output on Unreal Engine 5.3.
Meta Quest 3 has different shading in the left and right eye.
A static mesh appears bright in the right eye and shadowed in the left eye.
Looking through the available forums I could not find a valid solution for version 5.3.
This solved the problem, but these settings were already selected before. I think this problem will occur again when I add Mobile HDRI to the project in order to use post process.
