Hi,
so i used the vehicle template to add a custom car. Now I added the VR content to my project.
I still have my gamemode and player etc. set to the vehicle gamemode. But when I start the project in VR the camera will be much further away than when I play it without VR where my camera basically sits on my vehicle. Now I’m trying to figure out where this camera is controlled by my headset as I still can move my head and look around and the camera follows my vehicle. And it looks like it is still the same camera used as in non-vr. Even if I set the playmode to the VR mode and everything it still has exactly the same result.
I am so confused and don’t know what logic does move my vehicle camera in VR, is this some standard behaviour if no code has been implemented yet? I use blueprints for now, ive been a unity dev before and more used to coding but thought this would help me learn it quicker.
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome, I just dont know where my camera is controlled from in VR. In non-Vr everything is as expected ![]()
Greetings and have a nice rest of your weekend/ a good week at work,
Paul
