VR camera collides with character collision

I’m in the process of trying to make a vr game I’m fairly new to unreal but have been doing it for a few months now.(Using Blueprint) This project started with the vr template. I followed this video Video and am having a few problems which it doesn’t go over in it or in the comments

The first is that when the game starts the camera goes up to the top of the capsule collision so im way to tall and when i bring my head down into the capsule collision it slows down the movement

The second problem is when i close my hands or pick something up inside the capsule collision it messes with the movement and sends me flying back. I’ve seen other people in the comments have the same problem but I cant figure out which collision I need to change

ps I’m using the Oculus quest with link to develop if that matters
