Yes. Right now the problem is not the slots, it’s the material rendering system which only supports up to 4 materials. I need to rewrite part of the rendering system to allow support for up to 128 (maybe 256) materials.
Can’t say for sure.
Rendering should be fine, but I need to work on improving performance when moving. I’d say you can easily say above 60fps if your material isn’t too complex.
Importing it may crash the editor.
