Vivox Error 20123

Hello everyone.

I’m working on implementing the Vivox pluing into a project, I’m generating the tokens myself.

I can login to the vivox service, but when trying to join the echo Channel I’m getting the error code 20123

The documentation says this about that error: Access Token Payload claims do not match request parameters

I don’t understand what that means. It was working fine yesterday, I could join Positional, Non-Positional, and the Echo channel, but I broke something today. I wish I had more information about this specific error.

¿Does anyone know what could be causing this error?

Make sure you are generating the token for the echo channel and not a positional or a non-positional one. The error means you are trying to use the token for something other than what it was meant to be used for.
