Vive Tracker not tracking in packaged game

I’m working on a project using a single Vive Tracker 3.0 as a handheld device to light a scene like a flashlight.
It all works fine in Editor, but once I Package the project and launch the .exe, the tracking doesn’t work anymore when I move the Vive Tracker.
I tried both the empty Virtual production and the empty game presets.


I think this Blueprint setup works because it worked in another project already.
