Vive Mars software problem

I have bought a Mars Camtrack kit and used it successfully for camera tracking on a green screen, but since yesterday when I turn on Mars it stays stuck on “initialize…” forever.
Here’s a demo.

What can i do to make it work again?
Is there a way to factory reset the device ?

I got it !
I had to get to bios and set boot to usb flash drive with the right version on it.
