Vive focus 3 Handtracking issue in Unreal 5.11 openxr when opening a new level

Hey

i’m working on a PC hand tracking application in ue5.11 openxr on vive focus 3 and i have an issue when opening a new level the right hand mesh goes bannas in the new level have tried to destroy the BP_RiggedHandRight in level 1 before going to opening level 2 with no luck

any help would be nice
