Visual Studio no longer linked to Unreal Editor

I think I may have moved VS 2019 around or something, and the Editor no longer sees it, even though I can run that IDE and VS2022 no problem. Is there any place to point the editor back to that original install of 2019 which worked with it?

 Sounds like the preferred IDE is VS 2022 then.

Open up the Editor Preferences, and navigate to the Source Code section under General. There, you can set your desired editor from the Source Code Editor setting.

Hope this helps! :innocent:

NEITHER IDE would start from inside the editor. I tried that setting.

HOWEVER: I found that one of my many HDDs were not being seen by Windows, causing the glitch.

This topic could be deleted since it ends up not being the issue with UE / VS that I thought it was!!
