Context

Recently, I was working on a project where I launched Unreal Engine from the source code. However, after importing a ton of assets, I realize that I was running out of this. Due to this problem, I uninstalled VS 2017 since I thought it was not going to be used after. I didn’t realize that this was still needed for the final build, so I reinstalled VS 2017. However, now there’s a problem with packaging the problem for Windows 64:

I don’t use VS. I was just trying to package a game, when i got the same error. Does anyone have a solution?

I have the same issue after the latest Visual Studio update :frowning: But I managed to fix it by looking through other forum posts. So, what worked for me was changing the Global Default Server Game Mode to GameModeBase, as it was set to None (I renamed my project recently so that’s why it lost this setting).
