Visual studio 2015 can not open definition of blueprint of a plug in.

Hi I am using Unreal Engine 4.19 and I am trying to use this plug in
I have replicate this image to my blueprints in my project. The problem is that I can understand how it works so I need to look at c++ code.
So I go to one random faction blueprint for example “Get Bluetooth adapter” and I go to Go definition. Then It opens visual studio 2015 at the start page and does not go to the actual path for the definition. Can someone help me with that bug or tell me where I can find the definition inside the project?
