When setting an object to be rendered on the Virtual Texture, there’s a “Draw in Main Pass” where you can set the object to appear as regular static mesh, in case of no support for VT. However I’m not sure what they are implying.
Are there specific hardware that just cannot deal with Virrtual Textures (like consoles? mobile?) or does it just mean if the author of a game decides to disable VT for the lowest graphics setting?
