I’m glad to report that we solved the issue once we could take down the computer from our installation.
The issue had to do with Windows version.
We upgraded Windows from 2019 LTSC to 2021 LTSC and that fixed the issue.
I guess that means that the topic is a bit misleading as our projector setup/resolution was never the issue, but rather an outdated machine.
Could you provide some insight on the minimum requirement for Windows version, in regards to VSM?
Overall, thanks for the help, happy we could get this issue solved.
