The intention is to drag select over viewport in 2d / ortographic view and to select only memebers of a specific class (or classes would be great). Pre pick and post pick methods (i.e. sorting the selection for only specific class/es) would both work.
Alternatively, is there a plugin, or can it be done via blutilities?
