Viewport locked?

Hey guys,

First of all, it’s my first time using this forum so I hope I’m somewhat in the right category. ().
Please move the Thread if not.

I’m very new to Unreal and basically don’t have a real plan of what I’m doing yet so it happened, that I somehow must have tapped the wrong shortcut and my viewport got locked and now has a frame above it. I can’t move the camera or select objects.

I could just restart but I better ask for what i miclicked so I know what to do in the future!

Thanks a lot!

I’m sure you’ve solved this by now, but here’s a link that describes the problem and makes a suggestion that helped me:

tldr: Grab an editor tab (world outliner or place actor, etc) and drag it to a new spot, even the same spot, and it should unlock. I’m not sure what causes this, if its a hot key or something, but I had the same problem and that fixed it.
