Viewport lag

Hi There I am new to URE5 , when I run a simulation and in the viewport it run’s smoothly however if i click say on a web page or anywhere off Unreal engine then the seen laggs. My Cpu and GPU aand memery are all runing below 30%.

Try entering the editor preferences and in the search bar type “background” and uncheck “Use Less CPU when in Background”
