My view port is completely locked and I cant press any buttons on the screen, can’t move around and when i press play, i cant look around

I think you’ve dragged on of the editor tabs, but haven’t put it anywhere. Does quitting and restarting solve it?

I have no idea how that happened. Resetting/Loading the Editor Layout to default solved the issue.
As said above, Grab an editor tab (world outliner or place actor, etc) and drag it to a new spot, even the same spot, and it should unlock. I’m not sure what causes this, if its a hot key or something, but I had the same problem and that fixed it.
