Hello, I don’t know very well how to describe my problem, so I have made a video so that you can see exactly the problem.
When I am in the unreal editor I have no problem when it comes to visualizing my scene, even when I press play everything looks very good. The problem comes when the scene is already packed and you execute it, when you start moving through the scene you notice that every time you rotate your view, everything on the screen breaks and lags, in the video you will be able to appreciate it.
Thanks in advance to whoever knows the solution to this problem!
in the video you will be able to
appreciate it.
Not as much as you hoped
At a glance it looks as if more than 1 system was fighting over camera controls. Is there anything special about the way you navigate the interiors or the camera / character controls?
It really makes sense what it says, since halfway through the project I bought a ui plugin that also added player movement and had to remove the first person movement that I had created. This is my first project and I am a bit lost in some things, how can I see if there are several systems fighting for control of the camera?
Thanks for helping!
It’s a bit hard to advise precisely without knowing the details but do have a look at the Player Controller - see what input is being used there. Input can be also handled in the Pawn / Character.
ui plugin that also added player
movement
It could be the source of the issue, depending on how it’s set up. Impossible to tell what’s wrong without knowing how it works, though. Sorry.
Do you know where - which blueprint - handles the input for the player movement at the moment?
I still have not managed to solve it and I am going crazy, with the solution you gave me I was looking at everything to see if I found the source of the problem and there was no luck, my head is going to explode … I could pass you the project of some way and you look at it to see if you can quickly solve the problem? since I see that you understand a lot I think that if you have the project in your hands you will solve it in a very short time! If so, give me your email and I can try to send it to you! Thank you!
If you feel uncomfortable leaving project links here, consider leaving me a message via the Forums Message Center. Even though I can’t promise I am able to help you solve it, I can definitely have a look for whatever its worth.
