View gets blurred when moved

Hi, guys :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
I went into a problem when I am testing my project. You can see it in the video below.


My view gets blurred(not clear) when I am looking around. How can I fix this problem?

You can disable it in Engine → Rendering → Motion Blur
