When I go to watch any of the learning content from Epic Games, the videos won’t show up; the video flashes on and then off and the area where the video should be is just a dark gray box. All the epic videos are like that. see the link below for an example. I’ve tried in every available browser and on mobile and the result is the same, what can I do to resolve this?

Video works with me in FireFox even with Adblock enabled. The console shows 99 errors and warnings though. Could be you are blocking a server where the video has to come from (different ad blockers or antivirus notification?) Video should be hosted at epic or cloudfront, image seems to come from artstation server.
Unless they are all somehow configured to block it, this points at a general connection issue or perhaps even the router blocking the connection. Check your browser network tab to see if the video itself is loading / error. It’s F12 then click network tab, press F5 to reload page with video , play video and check what shows up on the tab., Should be all green and code 200 if OK
Hello Roy, thanks for responding. See the image attached. The red link is failing. I tried loading the link in a separate tab and it still doesn’t load.
Could this connection possibly be blocked by the network you are using? Tried mobile data or a home network? What is the error code you are getting? 40* or 50*?
the error is “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”
It’s a strange one cause I reset my ip and it’s the same problem.
I got it working by following the instructions on this site change DNS server to change DNS servers. Thanks a lot for the assistance Roy.
