VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE igdkmdn64.sys | Blue Screen | Windows 10

Almost every time, I have unreal engine open, and I try to play multimedia content for a long time, like a youtube video, my pc crashes, with the message above. Tried everything to fix it, but is only with unreal.
And the message after blue screen restart is “the application access to graphics hardware has been blocked”.
What do I do? is there any settings I can change to fix this?

Hi @Luis_564 ,
There is a known bug with the graphics driver see Problem with latest Intel Graphics Driver - Page 2 - DisplayLink Forum on to to fix the problem.

I tried it and It seemed to worked, but today It happened again, I don’t know what to do

That means it is a bug in Graphics card driver. There nothing you can do until Intel make a new update driver, that’s the problem with known bugs in the driver. Just try every week looking at that link to see if a new updated driver is avaiable
