Will this video card be sufficient to run UE4?

Our hardware requirements weren’t listed with Workstation cards like the Quadro’s in mind, but looking at the specs I don’t think you’ll be able to run the editor, at least not at any kind of usable frame rate. If you want to try opening it(it’s free, after all), you’d need to try and launch it with the -D3D10 command line argument as the Quadro FX 4600 is a DirectX 10 card.
