It would be nice if someone would help here or on AnswerHub, as I am relatively new to Unreal Engine, and am starting. I am using it for an academic project, and wish for this issue to be resolved so that I can start it.
Your GPU is very low end, it’s an integrated i3, which just isn’t very powerful. You may want to try and use a more recent version of UE4 though, like 4.7 which just released, or 4.6 which was also very good.
