Maybe it could be the starter content, or maybe the .NET Core? I can’t say I’ve seen that particular error before - My last resort would be to re-install Unreal.

This probably happened through my fault, but I didn’t make a backup of a stable project, it looks like the project can’t be restored, I think unreal can’t find the path to important files.

There is a plugin tha could help you, i used to get unknown build errors and that plugin saved my life. Let me just search and i will provide the link here.

Problem solved. It turned out to be much easier. After reinstalling windows I can’t download visual studio
