You might want to post a DxDiag.txt as well.
One thing to check is to make sure that your system doesn’t fall back to the onboard graphics rather than using the 780. Those extremely low numbers seem to indicate that’s possibly what’s going on.
Hello, I have a problem. Only anreal Engin 4 after reinstalling the operating system and software, there was problems with the video card performance. UE4 produces no more than 5-10 FPS at minimum graphics and 0.2-2 FPS at Epic.
