very low fps on an empty scene

Hello, I have a problem. Only anreal Engin 4 after reinstalling the operating system and software, there was problems with the video card performance. UE4 produces no more than 5-10 FPS at minimum graphics and 0.2-2 FPS at Epic.

Computer Specifications:
Processor: Intel Core i7 2600k
GPU: Nvidia 780TI; Driver ver. 344.75 at 18.11.2014;
RAM: 32GB DDR3 1600

Check if you have an integrated card and make sure the Nvidia GPU is used for UE4 if that is the case.
