Vertex Painting - textures HUGE

I am having a strange issue that I can’t seem to figure out. Although I can layer textures, which is great, they are HUGE… I can’t seem to seem to be able to scale them down. This pattern should not take up half of the wall surface…

Any idea on what I have missed?

Is it not just the UVs of the material?

I am absolutely not sure. Can you use a scalar to adjust them?

Yes, you have to adjust the UVs like this, and make a material instance from it. Then you can change it easily in the level

Or, you have change the UV scale on the whole mesh
