The 2 pictures show 2 different meshes with the same material applied to both of them. As you can see in the picture with the circular mesh (which is from the open world demo collection and is working the way it should be working), I drew a circle with the vertex painter. When I tried to draw a circle on the other mesh ( a plane cube from the Modes tab ) I got what is seen in the other picture. The vertex painter paints in chunks rather than the radius of the brush. I’ve tried doing the same thing in other projects with the same material and the same is happening. Also the material is tiling on the cube that I dragged out and not on the other pre-made mesh. How do I fix both of these problems? Thanks
