I think that anything below version 4.13 should have it’s own place and version 4.13 / 4.14 should have its own place
Because Some things that are downloaded do not work with 4.13 or 4.14
That’s just my opinion 
What did not work for U ?
Usually Marketplace assets will have the option to download the asset for specific versions of the engine, and those are verified to work with that version.
Yep, in addition every marketplace item and learn tab item states which versions of the engine it is compatible with
