Version control for UE 4.26 - Oculus/Pc

I’m currently working on a project where we are supposed to. have two versions of the game one for oculus and one for pc. Some meshes, materials, blueprints are different, but mostly the settings.

We find it difficult to work on the same version while still keeping previous changes made to each version. We’ve tried GitHub with LTFS but exceeded the file limit, and before we buy an LTFS subscription. I would like to know if there are any better way to solve this.
