Version 4.12 launcher does not install

I downloaded ue4, when it run everything goes well but at the start of the installation of version 4.12.3,
After a 30 or 40% stops the installation with an error. at first, he asked me .dll files, after installing these files, I try to install again but remains the error, begins the installation a moment and then tells me that epic games to stopped working and stops the installation. e tested other earlier versions but I can not install the program.

my system is;
processor AMD A8 7600 Radeon R7 10 compute cores. 4 c + 6G 3.10 GHZ
8GB RAM
SO Win. 7-64 bits.

another error that appears is this,
Epic Games to stopped working,
Windows is looking for a solution.
