We are using the new Web Shop to list some entitlements, but we weren’t able to find any information on how to validate a user purchase if the granting process fails if something goes wrong.
We ran a test purchase through the web shop and the Order ID under the purchases tab doesn’t match anything that was received as part of the web shop webhook, so I was wondering if there was an API or page available to validate that a order ID is linked to a specific purchase.
