Verify order link only works if it’s clicked from the listings page. If it’s clicked from anywhere else, or pasted into the browser, the page is not found
Please try signing out of your account and back in, then opening the link after that. In order to access the link, you’ll need to be logged into your Publisher account.
If the issue persists, please test incognito mode as well as another browser and let me know the results. I’d be happy to look further into this for you.
