Vehicle Physics problem

Hello,
I’m trying to submit a product to the Unreal Marketplace. It’s stuck in one place and I can’t solve the problem despite multiple attempts.
Here is the explanation sent to me after the review:

Physics Asset bodies cover meshes where applicable and the asset simulates reasonably well

Please ensure all skeletal meshes simulate reasonably well. All three
models remain floating in the air, rather than acting like they have any
physics when simulated.

The size and orientation of the car’s body and wheels seem to work fine. I tried it both in blender and 3dsmax, and it seems to work fine in ChaosVehiclede.

To solve the problem, I focused on the physics file of the vehicle. I selected Kinematic on the wheels. When I do this, the vehicle does not simulate. Unreal wants me to do this in its documents and videos. If I don’t select Kinematic, I get feedback that the wheels are spinning where they are.

I don’t know if I’m focussing in the wrong place.
I am sharing a reduced file size version of the vehicle.
