How can i do vehicle system on basic skeletal mesh physics and animation system, i have a problem with it, then i use animation with skeletal mesh physics i have a problems.
i have a wheel speed animation and wheel angle turn animation but this is can work both with physics.

Wheels cant turn then locked all bones.
but then i unlock this is cant work correctly.
i want to use like liners movement for x is ok range of 9 working fine, angular movement is turn X range of -20 to 20, Y rolling 360.
